The installers were on time right to the min. They were beyond professional. Took care in protecting my home while they worked by covering the floors during installation. And vacuumed twice after completing the work. Explained everything to me before they left. Answered my questions. Extremely polite. Window world of FDL is Awesome, we purchased 18 windows from Marvin about 15 years ago and they still function like new, we needed a bay window and went back to them, after measuring for the new window, he went thru the original windows and did some warrant updates. The installers were very thoughtful and covered everything on the inside of our home and tarped the ground on the exterior. We couldn’t be more pleased with the window and the service provided.

We are so happy with our new windows from Window World. The sales experience was pleasant, no high pressure or bs, just good price right away. The installation of 10 windows was finished in 4 hours. We've never seen a group work so hard and effectively. Each person knew their role and they worked so well together. Other companies we worked with did a poor job insulating around the window frame, allowing cold drafts to penetrate our home in winter. After watching the Window World installation, we are confident our windows are sealed well and our home will be warmer this winter. I can't say enough good things about Window World of Fond du Lac and the experience we had with our replacement windows. The entire process was wonderful and the windows are amazing! The installation crew arrived early, are efficient and hard working, took good care of our house on the inside, and cleaned up the outside. The fit and finish is great, they look fantastic. My house is quieter and I can already tell we are saving money on our heating costs. Marvin was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Always happy to leave an honest review for such a good company. Wish we had gotten our windows replaced sooner! They make such a difference. Very happy customers!

Windows look great! Installation went smoothly. The installers were nice, polite and cleaned everything up very well. Very good price compared to other vendors.
There is a smell from the sealant and maybe the vinyl. It was kind of strong the first day but leaving the windows open for a little while made it go away for a while. It has gotten less and less each day.
Definitely will be buying more soon.
