FABULOUS experience! We had all new windows and a patio door installed last week. We had no idea how bad our old windows were until the windtunnel in our main living area disappeared - it is so warm in the house now. Can't wait to see the heat bill drop. The crew are true tradesman and did an excellent job with installation, were timely, polite and very hard working. Everything looks beautiful and works great. They communicated well throughout the order process and have been a delight to work with. Our neighbors were so impressed they are considering new windows now too. The side storm door had a 2 inch gap from the threshold and the installer took the time to build out the threshold so the gap was filled and sealed tight. Wasn't expecting that! They did an excellent job on all the windows and patio door installation also.

The crew that came out and installed the windows at my house did such a great that my neighbors even said how good it looks and they never even saw them there. They were so quick and professional that the general contractor was impressed by how well they did too. Everyone that I worked with there was very kind and professional. It has been 11 years and I still have all the windows they installed. I love their product. I had 1 window that the seal left in the upper part. I called and they were very polite and still had us on file. I bought the lifetime warranty and it was a great feeling to hear them say, "We will get that taken care of and call you within a week to set a date." No charge.
